Inca plum tree was introduced by Luther Burbank in 1919. Inca plums are beautiful golden color, magenta specks and a magenta blush around the stem. The Inca plum is rich, dense and crisp with golden flesh. The Inca plum has a unique flavor for an Asian plum with a pleasant balance between tart and sweet.
