The large, plump kernels are light and make up over half of the total weight. Manregion English Walnut is a very hardy form of English Walnut prized delicious nuts. An easy-to-grow and reliable producer of good crops of 100 lbs or more. Best plant Manregion with Carpatian, or if a Black Walnut Seedling exists in teh area for cross-polination. Manregion walnut is a relatively small tree, grows to about 40 ft. Produces heavy crops and begins to bear about 2-3 years after planting. Bears on lateral buds, not just terminals. 600 hours chill.
