The Sugarcane jujube tree produces a small to medium fruit with a crunchy, crisp texture and an apple-like flavor. Often the most favored by family and friends visiting the orchard. Also the Sugarcane jujube tree has smaller thorns making it a good selection for home. Sugarcane jujube ripens earlier in the fall than other jujubes. Needs another jujube variety for pollination.
